Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and meet production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability for overtime when needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
