Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with team leads on stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in the packing and palletizing of goods for shipping and distribution.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
