Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse safely.
- Inspect equipment daily before starting shifts to ensure mechanical safety and proper functioning.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Willingness to undergo safety training and forklift certification (we provide paid training).
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Class C) if driving company vehicle is required.
