Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately documented and stored in designated inventory locations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of work areas to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CFP/CFII) is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs frequently.
