Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Prepare Shipments: Package, label, and prepare products for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packed to prevent damage.
- Inventory Control: Assist with inventory audits, stock counts, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring that goods are handled with care and placed in designated areas.
- Maintain Safety: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for our Paid Training program.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential.
