Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL or Counterbalance) with valid license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
