Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment daily to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare shipping documents.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Organize and stack materials in designated storage areas to maximize space.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFL) or equivalent.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but preferred).
