Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and reconciling stock levels regularly.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks to move materials safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S principles.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required for all candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
