Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, and stack merchandise within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and tagging items for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Properly secure loads to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
