Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Inventory Management: Sort, palletize, and stage merchandise for shipment; perform daily cycle counts and audits.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately document stock movements and damages using RF scanners and computer systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if required by role).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
