Your Daily Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort and organize inventory in the temperature-controlled storage environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock adjustments using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of the cold storage facility (monitoring temperatures).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment (varies by season) and flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
