Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Inventory Management: Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any defects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
