As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse facility, ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging daily activities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
