Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
