Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker, etc.) safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and ensuring proper labeling.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift inspections of all forklift equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus.
