Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock organization.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid certification required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
