Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and onto trucks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and proper functioning of machinery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling stock correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Organize and stack pallets efficiently to maximize warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA compliant) with a valid license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
