Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and inventory levels in our ERP system.
- Track shipments in real-time and update customers on delivery status proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
