Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload trucks and pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Basic reading and math skills are required for inventory management.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
