Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect material handling equipment for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow inventory management procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and order accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and safety checks of the work area.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and preparing documentation.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack).
