Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and organized for timely shipping to Texas and regional destinations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CDL not required, but preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
