Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize, stack, and tag inventory to maintain accurate stock levels and warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies while operating heavy machinery.
- Clean work areas, including sweeping floors and organizing pallets, to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety labels and inventory tags.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift operator certification through our on-site training program.
