Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport merchandise.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment and ensure pallets are properly secured.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
