Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all machinery before operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas to maximize workflow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and tight deadlines.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be provided at interview).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and move around the warehouse.
- Must be reliable and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
