Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured and undamaged.
- Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements into the warehouse management system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards).
What We Require
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions (loading dock).
