Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect inventory against shipping documents for accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily quotas.
- Assist in the receiving and dispatching of goods as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain via our training program).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good vision (corrected if necessary) and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
