Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to adhere to all OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
