Responsibilities

- <li><strong>Operate Material Handling Equipment:</strong> Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.</li>
- <li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory while maintaining strict adherence to stock rotation (FIFO) and organization standards.</li>
- <li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong> Adhere to all OSHA regulations, workplace safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.</li>
- <li><strong>Load & Unload Operations:</strong> Efficiently handle freight, ensuring that packages are secured and transported without damage.</li>
- <li><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies immediately to the warehouse supervisor.</li>
- <li><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area to promote operational efficiency.</li>

Qualifications

- <li><strong>Valid Forklift Certification:</strong> Must possess a current forklift operator license (Class A, B, or C) and a clean driving record.</li>
- <li><strong>Physical Stamina:</strong> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.</li>
- <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Strong ability to read and interpret shipping labels, orders, and pick lists accurately.</li>
- <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required for immediate hires (training provided).</li>
- <li><strong>Reliability:</strong> Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed.</li>
- <li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Basic verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.</li>
