Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and pallets according to shipping schedules.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for reading weight tickets and invoices.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
