Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and move materials between various departments and shipping docks.
- Perform inventory counts, stock checks, and manage stock rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and traffic patterns within the facility.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (We train qualified candidates).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperature conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory documentation.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
