Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and verifying stock against manifests.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept clean, organized, and free of slip/trip hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class 1, 3, or 4) with a valid license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
