Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms.
- Liaise with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and delays.
- Track shipments in real-time and provide status updates to clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels related to outbound logistics and prepare pick lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
