Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate placement of pallets and product.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Perform daily quality checks and assist in inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for documenting inventory and logs.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland, TX facility.
