Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Ensure the safe and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and document stock movements.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hiring.
