Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and counting.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
