Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure machinery is in proper working order and report any maintenance needs.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving logs.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Proven track record of safety compliance in previous warehouse roles.
