Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using RF scanners.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent physical stamina for standing and lifting.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
