Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock placement and organization.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
- Log daily activities and report any equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive safety and equipment training.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
