Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, and sit-down forklifts) in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and preparing products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage during the handling process.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
