Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and labeling products correctly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of potential hazards.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
