Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Manage inventory accurately, including scanning items and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift operator certification (Forklift License) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package weighing.
