Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and other equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper labeling of storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and operational goals.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping and receiving orders.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFP) required.
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Basic computer skills for logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
