Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner while adhering to shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against bills of lading.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
