Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper inventory counts and safety protocols are followed.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Counterbalance or Reach Truck preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
