Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safety and functionality before operations begin.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and logging stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize shipping and receiving schedules.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (valid certification required).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
