As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the forklift to ensure proper maintenance and safety.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated areas to maximize storage efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating industrial forklifts (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to read and understand safety signs, labels, and operating manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
