Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of all stock areas.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance record with a professional work ethic.
