Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details and use handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect goods for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
