Responsibilities
- Select and pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and proper labeling techniques.
- Scan barcodes and update inventory systems to ensure data integrity.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently in a dock environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Willingness to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- No prior warehouse experience required—comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
