Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before and after use to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
